By downloading, installing, or using the Ultras mobile application ("Ultras", "the app", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Ultras.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ultras. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and associated data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at abdoubeshoy@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
You may not create an account on behalf of someone else or use another person's account without their permission.
Ultras allows you to post comments on player ratings ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, and moderate that content within the app.
You are solely responsible for any User Content you post. We do not endorse any User Content and expressly disclaim all liability in connection with User Content.
You agree not to post User Content that:
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, moderate, and remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or our Community Rules.
We aim to review reported content within 24 hours of receiving a report. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
You may report content you believe violates these Terms by using the flag icon on any comment within the app.
Ultras offers an optional Ultras Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed by your Apple ID. All subscription purchases, renewals, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms and policies. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Ultras uses third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), API-Football (match and player data), RevenueCat (subscription management), Mixpanel (anonymised analytics), and Expo (push notifications). Your use of the app is subject to these providers' respective terms and privacy policies.
Match data, player statistics, and lineups are provided by API-Football. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data.
The Ultras name, logo, design, and original code are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Player names, team names, and match data are the property of their respective rights holders. Ultras does not claim ownership over third-party sports data.
Ultras is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Match data and player statistics are sourced from third parties. We make no representations as to their accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Ultras — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from User Content posted by third parties.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
