Ultras is a mobile application that lets football fans rate player performances after matches, track their personal rating history, and engage with other fans through comments and social features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using Ultras, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account information — When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password, stored securely via Supabase Auth.
Username — You choose a username during onboarding. Your username is visible to other users of the app in comments and social features.
Profile picture — You may optionally upload a profile picture. If provided, it is stored via Supabase Storage and visible to other users of the app.
Profile preferences — During onboarding, you select your favourite club, nation, and the competitions you follow. This determines your Fan or Rival status when you rate players.
Ratings — When you rate a player, we store your numeric rating (1–10), the associated match and player identifiers, your user ID, and whether your rating counted as a Fan or Rival rating. Your individual rating is never shown to other users — only aggregated averages are displayed.
Comments — If you leave a comment on a player rating, that comment is stored under your username and is visible to all users of the app.
Friends — If you use the friends feature, your username is visible to users you add or who send you a friend request.
Subscription information — If you purchase an Ultras Pro subscription, your purchase is processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of your subscription status via RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment details, card numbers, or billing address.
Usage analytics — We use Mixpanel to collect anonymised usage data, including which screens you visit, which matches you interact with, and events like rating submissions and onboarding completion.
Content reports — If you report a comment, we store the report including your user ID and the reported content to allow us to review and take action.

We do not track you across other apps or websites.
We use your information to provide and operate Ultras, display aggregated Fan and Rival ratings after you submit your own, determine Fan vs. Rival status based on your selected club, display comments under your username, manage your subscription and unlock paid features, review content reports and enforce community rules, and analyse usage patterns to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
Comments you post are public within the app and visible to all users under your chosen username. You are responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community rules.
Other users may report your comments. If a report is submitted, our team will review it. If you receive multiple valid reports, your account may be restricted or removed.
You may block other users. Blocked users will not be able to see your comments or interact with you within the app.
Your individual rating is never shown to other users. What others see is the average across all Fans and all Rivals — your specific score is never attributed to you.
We share data only with the following service providers:

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Ratings form part of aggregated community data and are retained after account deletion in anonymised form only. Comments are deleted when you delete your account. Analytics data is retained per Mixpanel's standard policies.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, username, profile picture, individual rating history, and comments. Aggregated community statistics derived from your ratings (e.g. a player's average score) are not personally identifiable and may be retained.
To delete your account, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or contact us at abdoubeshoy@gmail.com.
Passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted by Supabase Row Level Security policies. Profile pictures are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket accessible only to authenticated users.
Ultras is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, delete, or correct the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at abdoubeshoy@gmail.com or use the in-app account deletion option described above.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
